Boutique iStore (www.boutiqueistore.com) is Montreal’s leading source for Macintosh computers, iPods, peripherals, software and accessories. We are a dynamic, fast-paced, retail environment that offers an ideal work experience for people that are: motivated, client-focused, tech-savvy, and love learning as they grow with a job.

We have four locations in the Greater Montreal area: one in Westmount, two at Trudeau International Airport and our latest store at Place Rosemère in Rosemère, Quebec.

About You: You know and love Apple products You are patient, calm and a good listener with superior people skills You can work offsite without supervision Transportation and Apple Certification are preferred but not required. Technical training and retail experience are preferred. About the Job: The Technical Specialist position entails: Provide in-house, onsite and remote software and hardware troubleshooting Provide frontline customer support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosis and basic customer product training. Repair Apple hardware and software products. Provide technical support for in-house systems. Research order and repair status for customers. Provide technical support to sales associates. Maintain an organized and efficient repair workplace.
